International Experience

Trained & Played in England

Freya has taken her game across the Atlantic, training and playing at Triple Arrow Lacrosse camps in England, the camp program partnered with England Lacrosse. New coaches, new teammates, and the English game at full speed. It is experience few American sophomores can put on a page, and it is part of how she learned to play against anyone, anywhere.

Personal Statement

Why Lacrosse, Why College

Freya Larson in her Mount Si uniform, number 36, holding her lacrosse stick in front of the goal

My name is Freya Larson, and I am a midfielder and attacker in the class of 2029 at Mount Si High School in Snoqualmie, Washington. I also play club lacrosse with Vand'al Elite in Seattle, where I wear number 59.

Lacrosse is the sport I have chosen to build my future around. I play both midfield and attack because I love the full game: the work rate and transition play in the midfield, and the creativity and finishing in attack. Playing both ends of the field has made me a complete, team-first player who competes on every ride, ground ball, and possession.

My goal is to play lacrosse in college. I am looking for a program where I can contribute with my energy and versatility, keep developing as a two-way midfielder, and be part of a team culture that values hard work as much as talent. In the classroom and on the field, I hold myself to the same standard: show up prepared, compete hard, and make the people around me better.

Thank you for visiting my page. I would love the opportunity to talk about how I can contribute to your program.

Beyond Lacrosse

On the Water

When she is not on the field, Freya is on the lake. Riding the wake behind the boat is her reset: balance, nerve, and the same love of speed she brings to the midfield.

Archonettes

In October 2026 Freya was inducted into the Archonettes, the youth auxiliary of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., a sisterhood built on scholarship, service, and finer womanhood.
